Boom Housing started 3 years ago as part of Boom Studies group offering high quality accommodation for foreigners students in Malta, today we manage a Premium Guest house in Sliema, Citizen Suites, the full block of 11 new and modern apartments in Swieqi: Brewmaster Residence and several other apartments around the main touristic areas.

Our apartments in Brewmaster Residence has an excellent location in a residential area very close to the main touristic area of St Julians where you can find a shopping centers with several branded stores, cinema, bowling, cafés, restaurants and bars. We are located a 15-minute walk from the famous nightclubs area, Paceville, for a night of recreation. Or if you are looking for a nearby beach you can find San George Bay , also in a 15 minutes walk from our location. We are 2 min away from the biggest bust stop of Pembroke, with busses that can take you all around Malta, from north to south, very easy to get to the different attractions of Malta. We offer new and comfortable utensils. The common areas and all the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating, and we provide linens and towels. We have a large terrace so you can enjoy an afternoon of chatting with your friends. To make our service much more special, we have a transfer service from the airport if you need it.

Swieqi is a very safe and calm residential area, that is just a few minutes away from the busy St Julians. While you can rest in a quite area, you have everything around. In Swieqi, next to our apartments, on the corner you can find one of the biggest Super Market in Malta with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, fresh sea food, meat, local and imported products. There are also several services around like hairdresser, barber shop, stationary, stores, restaurants and cafés. It´s easy to get a bus to all the interesting attractions of Malta, 2 min walk, and we are only 15 minutes walking from the center of St Julians.
