Situated in central Sliema, the penthouse is a few steps away from the beach. St Julians and Sliema ferries are a 15 minute walk from the apartment. You may find all amenities like grocers, bus stops and shops only minutes away by walk. The apartment is on the top floor in a small block of 3. It enjoys its own outside terrace as well as a BBQ area along with a private rooftop with jacuzzi. It is situated in a quiet residential area.
