The apartment is situated in a Condominium with 4 Blocks, named Marble Arch on Lapsi Street and only a few steps to Spinola- Bay, where Bars, Restaurants etc. An public lift takes you directly to the brand new supermarket, Food Court and even to Spinola Bay. Its very quiet and residencial area with a main gate entrance. The apartment itselfs is on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance to the block. A perfect property for couples or small family. A big terrasse included.
I am an organised and clean Person, who loves to travel and appreciate to spend my holidays in apartments instead of hotels. I love to cook even on my days off, have more space as in a hotelroom... My sweet apartment has everything you need to feel at home. You will have a experience of how a swiss single man lives in Zürich. As i live in Switzerland, you will not find me in Malta. But my Co- Host and neighbour will attend you.
Spinola- Bay is a very convinient place in St. Julian's, you will find a lot of good Restaurants and Bars. The Party- Mile "Paceville" is only a few walking minutes away. If you dont want to go somewhre to have a swim or sunbath, there are a few places to do so. From Spinola- Bay you are well- connected to all parts of the Island: Direct buses to the airport, Valetta, Sliema, Centre of the Island and to the beautiful north- beaches. If you rent a car, there is a 24h- Parking from the Supermarket or just outside from the Condo on the Lapsi- Street. As the apartment is situated on a small hill, you can avoid claimbing up by taking the lift of the Supermarket- Parking, dropping you in the front of Marble Arch Gate.
