A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:00 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that construction work is going all over the Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works which are being done.

An online pre check-in registration form must be filled in before the property can proceed with scheduling the check-in appointment.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
