Additionally a mere 1-minute walk unveils a family park with swings and scenic walking tracks, providing a perfect retreat. Proximity to charming cafeterias, restaurants, and stores completes the allure of this ideal escape. Conveniently located just a 1-minute stroll from a nearby bus stop, our rental apartment ensures easy access to public transportation, allowing you to explore Malta effortlessly.

This property is very in the centre of Mellieha Village so close to all amenities and has a lot of advantages, first being the very lovely terrace with the most amazing views of Santa Maria Estate and the Mediterranean Sea. It is also a minute walk to the bus stop, so no need to rent a car. There is also a lovely park for the children only a 5 minute walk away, and a walking track .All coffee shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Only a few minutes to the main village. Parking is not a problem. A lot of free street parking. The bus stop is only a minutes walk away and the buses will take you all over the island and also to all the northern beaches, these are the best sandy beaches on the island, I will also advise you on lots of nice walks with the most amazing views of the island.
