Welcome to this recently renovated and tastefully decorated residence. This garden level apartement will offer you a pleasant stay and close to all amenities (beach, supermarket and restaurant). It comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a large terrace to enjoy moments of pleasure. Come and discover this unique property and enjoy the delights of Mauritius. Flic en flac is a fast-growing area, and to keep up with increasing demand, apartments are being built in the neighborhood. This can sometimes cause noise during the day, but by the end of the year those closest to the residence will be completed. The spacious, comfortable apartments and amenities offered by the residence and Flic en flac remain intact.
