The apartment complex has a pool and one covered parking bay. Centrally situated within 250m walking distance to 2 beaches. A superette is 10 min walk away. Clean and modern interior, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and sunny balcony.
Pereybere beach and restaurants are 10 mins walk or a 5 min bus ride away. Grand Baie beach and shopping centre is 10 min drive. Restaurants, coffee shops, dive centres and local stores are all a 5-10 min walk away.
