This large 3 bedroom villa is just one km from the most popular spot of Grand Bay. This luxurious 3 bedroom villa is in a super quiet and secure space. The villa has a 1000 sq metres space and a private swimming pool.
Location you see is off the actual map and location by some distance. You would be actually 1.2 km away from Grand Bay beach. So just a 3 min away from the super market and the public beach
And for those looking for extra bedroom (there is a 4th bed is there in play room with convertible sofabed)
Neighbourhood information
The neighborhood is very quiet and secure with around 12 such villas in vicinity. Protected by auto alarms and automatic doors/sensor system. Its a quiet yet very safe area.
