Our apartment has been beautifully decorated by Estelle as a home and not just a self-catering establishment. It has a lived-in feeling so that our guests can truly feel that they are in a home way from home. Our terrace is very large with an outdoor sitting area where our guests can enjoy a sundowner and the sunset. Our terrace overlooks one of the last remaining salt pans of Mauritius which remains operational. It is quite a spectacle to watch the salt harvest being carried out in exactly the same traditional way it was being done over 100 years ago.Although Cap Dal Residences in which our apartment is located is close to Tamarin Royal Road, the apartment is itself in a quiet compound with a green space inside. And the fact that we have AC in all the bedrooms and living areas, ensures that our guests can feel comfortable at any time of the day or night.

Our Tamarin apartment is our second home, since we tend to alternate between Mauritius and Seychelles where we have our main home. Bertrand has dual Mauritius and Seychelles nationality. Our aim is to make our guests enjoy their stay, since making our guests happy makes us happy.

Tamarin is one of the most sought-after areas in Mauritius since it is located in the pristine Black River (Rivière Noire) District and close to Les Gorges de La Rivière Noire which is great for hiking and discovering Mauritius endemic fauna and flora. Our apartment is a 3-minute walk to Tamarin Bay (and public beach) which is renown as one of the hot surfing spots in Mauritius. There are a number of cafés and restaurants next to our apartment, including a pizzeria on the ground floor, Les Salines Cafeteria, and La Cosa Nostra pizzeria and restaurant. The shopping complex of Coeur Cap Tamarin which includes Super-U Supermarket and a Food Court is less than a 7 -minute walk from the apartment.
