Property information

The apartment is in a quiet and super secure zone, it has a main avenue outside but the place is really quiet and you only will heard the birds. You will find one spacious bedroom and the other room can be a studio or a office in case you require. Our guests love this space to work mostly cause we have great internet is a great place to concentrate and detach from the outside world cause it has a big garden just outside and infront of the pool. Feel free to ask for our special monthly price.

Just right in the heard of Cozumel Island, your will find this apartment and you can enjoy the island as a local but near everything you need. Walking distance to restaurantes and just 4 blocks away from the first beach and the pier.
