Beach front Ocean View Apartments with terrace overlooking the turquoise waters of Cancun! king size be, very pacious bedroom with sitting area and smart TV. From its beautiful terrace you can enjoy the view of the turquoise ocean and pool areas. A fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. Upper floor (1), access to the beach, pools, tennis court, laundry a cafeteria, restaurant and convenience store are situated right inside the complex. The apartment building is very quiet and safe with 24h security. Right in Cancun Hotel Zone, 15 minutes from the airport, very close to restaurants, malls and supermarket! The complex counts with one large pool and a kids pool, a small convenience store, a cafeteria, a laundromat and a tennis court. A convenience OXXO and Go Mart stores and a few restaurants are at walking distance. The most beautiful and large public beach of Cancun, Playa Delfines, is at about 10 minutes walk as well as some Mayan Ruins at El Rey. Supermarkets Soriana and Chedraui are 10 to 15 minutes away by car or bus as well as 2 shopping malls. Bus stops right in front of the property! Street access affords ready bus and cab transportation to Cancun's hotels, restaurants and shopping. Buses run 24 hours. Cabs can be stopped on the street or called over from the hotels next door. You can also easily drive your own rental car.
