Casa de la Costa, once a private residence on the Troncones beachfront, is now available to rent! There are only 3 suites on the property making it ideal for a family vacation (rent the whole house) or a vacation for 2 where you can share the common areas with other guests. Each suite sleeps 4 (max), has a kitchenette, private bath, outdoor sitting area. Our suites are air conditioned and look out over the pool and the ocean. There is a communal living room and dining area. A continental breakfast of local breads, pastries and coffee is provided daily. Our central location in Troncones makes it the perfect spot. We are located midway between the center of Troncones and Majahua. We have direct access to the beach - head to the south about 100 meters to a swimming beach and walk 30 minutes north along the coast to Manzanillo Bay. Many great restaurants are a short walk or bike ride away!

Troncones is nestled between the Sierra Madre mountains and the Mexican Riviera. It is a seaside village where visitors find the easy pace and welcoming spirit of a classic Mexican hideaway. With a population hovering around a mere 600 permanent residents, the town has maintained a pleasant sense of isolation. Visitors are drawn to Troncones, seeking the unspoiled and barefoot beach vibe that has diminished elsewhere along Mexico's coast as towns here grow increasingly popular. While removed from the busy resort scene, it has tasty local restaurants and interesting activities to keep you comfortable. Troncones' beach is just 3 miles long, but it's gained international acclaim among surfers. Locally, surfers seek out the breaks at Troncones Point and Manzanillo Bay. Beyond surfing, head to the sea for eco-tours and adventures. There's horseback riding on the beach and hiking in the Sierra Madre mountains. Turtle releases are popular during the winter months.
