The house is located in the Arcos Vallarta neighborhood, it is a house with a lot of historical value and it has been completely remodeled a few months ago. On the facade there are a few stairs to the front door, on the first level you’ll find the living room with TV, the dining room, the kitchen and at the back there is a patio. Next to the living room on the right side you’ll find the stairs to go up to the 4 rooms, all with their private bathroom and TV. Crossing the patio is loft #5 - Mezcal, it has 3 levels, on the first floor there is a small room, the bathroom and a kitchenette space, on the second floor the room and on the third floor you’ll find a very nice rooftop. We have an alkaline water filter that produces: *100% PURE water, free of agents harmful to health *Odorless, tasteless, crystal clear and light water So you won't have to buy water bottles.

CASA LUMBA is just a few steps away from the most important landmarks of the city, La Minerva and the Arcos of Guadalajara. It has a privileged location, as it is located in the Arcos Vallarta neighborhood, a place with unique personality and a social meeting point since it has a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also located near 3 of the most important roundabout, La Minerva (starting point for many tours), the Glorieta de los Caballos and Av México. On Gabriel Castaños Street there is a park a few meters away and another about 7 minutes in front of the "Our Lady of Loreto" temple. One block from the house on "C.Aurelio Aceves" street you will find an Oxxo and some fast food places. If you are here on a Sunday you can't miss: * A walk on the Recreational Route, where the access to the Minerva is closed so you can enjoy a walk on Av Vallarta by bike, walking or skates, etc. * A getaway to the Glorieta Chapalita, as it becomes a place for selling art, cultural events. *A visit to the Antique Market located on Av México and Chapultepec, where different types of items are sold such as furniture, ornaments, tableware, jewelry, collectible vinyl records, etc.
