As security check and prior to arrival, each guest must send a photograph of identification. It is not necessary to show sensitive data, only a photograph and full name. As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival. We only need to show their full name and photo. Guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed in. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00.

Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon your arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to supervise the previous point. Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed limit of kw during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).

Please note that non-registered guests cannot access the property.
