Right in the heart of the "Mexican Tuscany":  Guanajuato, Dolores Hidalgo and San Miguel de Allende where architectural beauty, excellent dinning and endless shopping awaits. Hiking up the hill "El Sombrero" for breathtaking views of the surrounding environment, kayaks, bikes, bird watching (more than 100 species identified), or just sitting with a good book.
