Lujoso estudio con terraza privada en un edificio prácticamente nuevo ubicado en el corazón de Playa del Carmen, a unos pasos del Mar Caribe y de la famosa Quinta Avenida. El nuevo edificio cuenta con 2 piscinas exteriores (planta baja y azotea) gimnasio , sauna y vapor , sala de juegos para niños, centro de negocios, entre otras comodidades. Estarás a 500 metros de la playa, a 300 metros de la 5ta avenida y a 100 metros de la quinta plaza de la alegría.

El vecindario es un calle muy transitada lo cual hay mucho a su alrededor tanto como todo tipo de comida como hasta super muy cercas y lo mas importante siempre hay policias cuidando esta calle principal es un barrio 100% turistico
