If you like the privacy of not having neighbors close by and living away from town but close enough to zip into town when you want this is a great place. It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are three miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock.
Meeting people from all walks of life, traveling cooking and surfing with my son
Lots to do. Town is a 6 minute drive. Surfing, hiking , events, restaurants swimming
