This TWO LEVEL LOFT APARTMENT with a private entry garden is filled with light from a four meter high entrance window and wrought iron gate-door. Attached to a 100 year old mansion (bed & breakfast) in COLONIA AMERICANA Centro, location is half way between the city center Cathedral and Av Chapultepec, the zona rosa of Guadalajara. Enjoy walking to endless number of restaurants, night-life spots, museums, and concert halls...even close to the subway..
Someone is always right next door at La Perla Hotel Boutique B&B to assist with questions and helpful advice. We have been helping B&B guests for over ten years to have cultural experiences visiting Guadalajara and meeting local neighbors. Other things to note: People renting the apartment are often invited to join B&B guests and local neighbours for special events in the hotel.
The Colonia American neighborhood is perhaps the most exciting “happening spot” in Guadalajara: colonial homes, 50 year old apartments and new apartment buildings; sidewalk cafés and restaurants; bars with artesanal beer and others with regular name brand beer, line the streets. We can assist with directions and our custom maps for wonderful neighborhood experiences and for other adventures in the city. Our location makes walking to restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars, and museums easy; however, taxis, Uber and other car services are readily available, in addition to the subway and buses for distances farther out.
