Large Caribbean house with an internal patio, which houses a common area with a plounge pool for 8 people, a tropical garden and a furnished terrace for having dinner or having breakfast in a very characteristic and familiar environment. Each unit has an independent entrance, bathroom, air conditioning, fan and kitchenette for an economical food alternative. Very important to take note, we are not a hotel, so if you have special requirements, daily cleaning for a 4/5-star hotel or resort service with many details, we are probably not the most correct choice for you. Instead, if you are looking for a cozy place, very well priced, in the busiest area of ​​the city, steps from all services, cafes, restaurants and the beach..., perhaps you found your best quality and price option. In this case, we will be happy to host you and give you our love and our suggestions to have a good time, as if it were with friends at your house on the Caribbean beach.

We are located in the new residential area of ​​Playa del Carmen, very safe and quiet but also 250 METERS from the famous 5th Avenue, 38th Street (the most beautiful) and also from the public beaches. All the main services, supermarket, urban transportation, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.We can't provide parking in this building.
