This fantastic vacation rental home is an entertainer’s dream home! With an expansive rooftop deck, large living areas, bold architecture, designer finishes, an impressive gourmet kitchen, and gorgeous views of the city, this is the perfect beachfront vacation rental for a family reunion, friend’s getaway or romantic retreat. On arrival, a fifty dollar cash security deposit is required for the community gate access card. This will be refunded to you on departure date when you return the card. **Guest provide all needed towels** House comfortably sleeps 12. Bring an airbed and 2 more guests welcome for max occupancy of 14 guests.
