Guests can choose based on their preference. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest. We’d be delighted to host your wedding, or any special occasion. Before booking, please message us first to confirm if hosting your event is possible. Please note: A venue fee and a security deposit are required in addition to the accommodation. The venue fee is calculated based on the total number of guests. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.

This property has three floors, allowing all guests to have a great time together while giving more than enough space for comfort and privacy. This spacious house can host up to 12 guests comfortably with its four bedrooms featuring king, queen, and single beds that we have set up for you. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom too! A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays
