Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Please note that Holiday Policies (Dec 18 - Jan 1) Full prepayment, including tax, required at booking, cancel by 4pm local time 90 days prior to arrival or pay full stay amount plus tax.

Renovation work is done from 09:00 to 18:00 daily. The spa is under renovation.

Please note that Woodend by Curtis Stone will be closed from August 5 to August 25. During this time, guests will enjoy a specially curated Woodend experience of exclusive pop-up dinners throughout Maroma. Excluding Tuesdays.
