This unit is surrounded by the beauty of the marina, with ocean across the street. Roof top patio provides the views for the ocean. The units windows are hidden behind the palm trees providing additional privacy with natural light beaming through on morning sunrises. The well cared for grounds provide for a peaceful poolside setting.
The area is located on a cul da sac near the El Cid Beach club. You can walk to the club in under 5 minutes. The area is safe, quiet, and easy access to stores and restaurants.
