I grew up just outside of New York City, went to college in Albany, NY, and moved out to Crested Butte, Colorado to ski in 1992. After 15 years of skiing and working in residential home construction, I moved down here to beautiful Sayulita, Mexico. I now manage 20 properties and do my best to insure that my guests enjoy everything about their stay here.

Welcome to Nierika in the brand new complex of Sayulita Lofts. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the plaza or the beach, our location can't be beat. This is the lower unit of a two bedroom duplex condo. There is a full kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bath, 1/2 bath in the living area, and everything you need to have an amazing and comfortable stay in Paradise. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Alkalized/filtered water throughout the complex. Fiber optic wifi.
