The Studio apartment is located in the second floor of a share property, the main entry to the property is share with the guests of the rooms downstairs, across the small patio you find the stairs to the second floor. The apartment is fully furnish and has AC, a matrimonial bed, closet, night stands, ceiling fans, full bathroom (NO HOT WATER). The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals it has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, cooking pots and pans and cooking utensils, dinning table with three chairs and a small hallway balcony with stools. *PARKING INSIDE ONLY FOR MOTORBIKES* Gate opens without a key, please don't block the entrance. FREE STREET PARKING, NO PARKING ALLOWED IN OUR SIDE, street well illuminated and surveillance camera. La Punta is a place full of nature and insects like mosquitos are normal of a tropical environment we fumigate once a week, but we want you to be aware that we cannot control nature. * if you need an extra fumigation during your stay, let us known during working hours* (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Mon - Fri / 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M Sun). The property is share with other guest and that comes with sounds and movement, although the apartment is private and we have a noise curfew, be aware that this is normal in a share property. Also we are located in the heart of La Punta an area flourishing with businesses that are allowed to be open till 12 by municipal order although we are conveniently located two the street behind the Main Street we want you to be aware of the proximity noises this brings. As well as developing constructions nearby, this is beyond our hands and we can’t do anything about the issues this can cause. * Keep these in mind before making a reservation, as there will be no cancellations or refunds base on these matters*
