Property information

This rental studio located in downtown San Felipe is the 3rd studio in a block of 3 studios. Standing in-front of the block, this is the studio to your right. Each of the 3 studios is very well maintained by a friendly onsite manager. Clean sheets and towels are provided. The interior of all 3 studios is similarly furnished with two beds: one queen bed for 2 guests, and a twin bed for 2 more guests sleeping a total of 4 guests. There is a bathroom with shower in each unit. Each unit comes with Satellite TV and Air Condition.
