Hi I'm Julita. Polish Girl living , working and enjoying fully the beauty of our town! Together with my family we are running scuba diving center in town. We count with different activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, whale watching tours, surf lessons or guided electric bicycle tours! We love to be outside walking and playing with our 5 y.o and Tropical Old English Sheepdog :) You can contact me anytime if you need anything regarding your reservation or property. This small studio apartment it's a simple but comfy room with your own bathroom and small kitchenette, situated on the ground floor, 5 min walking distance to downtown and principal pier in Zihuatanejo! ⦾ Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservation starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform. ⦾ ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico . It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity. ** ⦾ Please notice we only provide big bottle of water for reservations longer than 7 nights. You can purchase water with us for additional 50 pesos per water jar or in the shops in front. ⦾ We provide toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags to start your vacation, after that you must buy as you need. ⦾ 1 bath towel per person will be provided for reservations up to 3 nights and 1 kitchen cloth.

Colonia Lazaro Cardenas ( La Noria ) it's only 5min. away from downtown and it is a fisherman zone where our local lagoon is and where you can buy a fresh fish and seafood. It is a very friendly and safe neighborhood with all the services and shops around. Apartment is located only 5 min. walking distance from downtown, Principal Beach and the main pier in Zihuatanejo. Airport is about 25 min. away and bus terminal 10 min. away. On the same street you can find a taxi stand with always many taxis available, if you need a taxi driver during your stay I will provide our trustworthy taxi driver contact no. Combis (mini buses) to go to city centre or Ixtapa are passing right by our main entrance.
