Enjoy a stylish experience in this accommodation in the heart of Playa del Carmen, 5th Av. you will find everything you need, since it is the most touristic area, it has the best restaurants, shopping centers, La Quinta Alegría, calle corazón, and more .. all walking,

The apartment is in the heart of 5th Avenue. 140 meters from Quinta Alegría (Shopping Center), it is 300 meters from the closest beach, 650 meters from Mamitas Beach Club, 400 meters from Zenzi Beach, 150 meters from the famous Greek restaurant Ilios, 190 meters from from the Porfirios restaurant, 80 meters from the Nicoletta restaurant, 90 meters from the famous Heart Street where you will find the Gandhi bookstore, Starbucks, Aldos Heladerías, Sushi, and more shops. 400 meters away is the Frida Kahlo museum. At 400 meters is the Parish of Our Lady of Carmen, at 10 meters there is a 7 eleven, at 300 meters is the ADO ALTERNA Playa del Carmen bus terminal, at 240 meters a Scotiabank and other ATMs. The area in which the apartment is located is a privileged place close to hundreds of shops and crafts. 5th avenue is a pedestrian promenade and on 10th avenue there are vehicles, but there is a bicycle path and a jogging path.
