The condo is part of an 11 condo building that includes a roof top pool. The condo is on the ground floor, but above street level (there is one small flight is stairs at entrance of building). In addition, the building has an underground parking and a washer and dryer on the rooftop. There is also lots of free parking on the street. Located at the back of the building with a private terrace equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs, BBQ & hammock. Amazing ocean views from the rooftop pool. Equipped kitchen with microwave, small electric oven, 2 electric stove top burners, stainless steel pots and pans, blender and electric kettle. The suite is ideally located in the town of Puerto Morelos, a small charming Mexican village that welcomes many tourists, but away from the busy tourist areas such as Cancun or Playa. Puerto Morelos is located in front of the second largest coral reef in the world and one of the top spots for snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing. We are only 15 minutes from the Cancun International airport, and half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Its locaton is ideal if you want to visit diferent sites or attractions in the Riviera Maya or Cancun. The condo has an excellent location, right across the beach with an entrance about a block away. You can walk everywhere in Puerto Morelos, there is a supermarket, cafes and restaurants very close by and you can also walk to the Town Square, typical of small towns, where you will find arts & craft vendors, food, entertainment and a playground for kids. There is also a catholic church by the town square. Inside Puerto Morelos, you can walk to beach, supermarket, restaurants, cafes etc., it’s a small town and you do not need a car to get around. If you want to leave Puerto Morelos, there are taxis, public transportation (colectivos) or you can rent a car. If you need to arrange transportation, be sure to ask us first, we have access to good rates for private transport.
