We do not have a reception. We have staff at the property from 9am - 6pm most days, and are available via messaging us in the app from 9am - 10pm, 7 days per week.

Nestled between Punta Cocos and the town center, our location offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience—just a 15-minute walk along the beach to downtown. We’ve left the original trees, mangroves, and vegetation intact—offering a truly peaceful, nature-filled setting with a rain water system. Support us in helping to keep Holbox the way it once was: quiet, green, and wild. Our Neighborhood This area is known for its peaceful beaches, fewer crowds, and natural wildlife. Within two blocks, you’ll find everything you need: a small convenience store, several beach clubs, restaurants for all budgets, a coffee shop, and even a laundry service. Self Check-In We do not have a reception desk. All guests must use the access codes provided before arrival to enter the property. Cleaning Services We do not offer daily housekeeping. For stays of 3 nights or more, we include a complimentary cleaning and fresh linens every 3 days upon request. Need to change a towel at any time? Just let us know! Wi-Fi & Connectivity We provide high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, which typically supports streaming and video calls. Getting Around You can rent a bike just one block away, hire a golf cart, take a taxi, or simply enjoy walking—the beach is often the most scenic route. There is ongoing construction next door to the hotel from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. As a result, we have significantly discounted our prices to account for any potential noise disturbances.

The noise is inconsistent, but guests are enjoying being just one block from the beach at a great price, as most are out during the day anyway. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible.
