All facility is at Level 9. There are Swimming pool, Sauna, Gym and Small Play Ground. From the swimming pool area, you can enjoy a very relax River View, Kampung View and the Natural river side view. Opposite the river is the mangrove forest, you will see the Egret (white bird) quiet often which come from Singapore ^_^ Next to the river is the Malay Kampung with catching fish life style. Natural wind, Wild animal with river side good view. Make you more relax from the city and your working stress. Lets enjoy Relax Holiday of your life ❤ =========== When you out from homestay, Turn left go straight around 1 or 2 mins distance. There have a petrol station. There's also street food selling nice simple food outside the petrol station there. If you hunting for some keria. Sausages, bbq chicken, sotong king, Cupcorns and corn bakar, cheese goreng pisang, teh tarik ice... You can take a pit stop there, before going to homestay. There have some restaurant over there. Got Malay restaurant, Indian restaurant with Roti Canai, Chinese restaurant. And also, Laundry shop, Mini Market, Famasi… Set a timer Wake up early A very famous morning market, We call it "Local Malay" Pasar Pagi. Selling very fresh and cheapest sea food, local fruit and delicious malay kuih… It just out from homestay and turn right. Exactly just next to homestay. Everyday 8-10am, Don't miss it !! Go staight furthermore is Malay Kampong with many Malay restaurant.

You can see beautiful yachts on the right, millionaire mansions on the left, and look directly at the Lion City! Sit at the outdoor dining table, you can enjoy the sea breeze and drink coffee with their Orchid Rice and Nasi Lemak. Peaceful＆ beautiful, a comfortable place recommand for you~ Nasi Lemak Senibong: Located by the seaside of Permas. The storefront is a kelong built on the sea, and the opposite bank is the north of Singapore. The rice is fragrant and irresistible, perfected with ayam goreng and telur mata kerbau "goyang". An 3 rolls shop of restaurant " Old Street Hawker centre, have around 30~40 different favours. Cafe Senibong Cove: 早餐店的位置面朝游艇码头，右边看美丽的游艇，左边可以看到百万有地豪宅，直看獅城！ 坐在户外的餐桌，吹海风喝咖啡， 看着眼前貌似外国的美景再配上他们家的兰花饭椰浆饭。宁静而美丽，一个舒服的地方~ 再来推荐一个晚餐好去处： Nasi Lemak Senibong，你不知道的海景椰浆饭，就在 Permas 海边 !!! 店面是搭建在海上的奎笼，对岸就是新加坡北部。 招牌 Nasi Lemak 炸鸡和 Sambal都很绝~ 吃椰浆饭+看海景，全新山应该只有这里做得到了。 这里也有卖烧鱼和沙爹的档口。 配上一颗降火解腻的椰子水，一边吹着海风、看着夕阳。不管是日落还是晚上，风景怡人，绝对是聚餐吃晚餐、宵夜的好地方哦！
