Welcome to spacious & lovely Damen Serviced Residence situated in heart of Subang USJ, a super convenience condo with vibrant commercial hub consists Retails, F&B, Shopping Mall, Hypermarket & etc. Easy access to various attraction in Subang Jaya, such as DaMen Mall, Giant, Mydin Hypermarket, walking distance to LRT & BRT Station, driving distance to Sunway & Taipan Business Center, SS15 and etc. We have 4 different type of units and our place design suitable for all type of traveler for vacation, gathering, business traveler & etc. Security deposit of RM 300 to be collected from the guest before guest check in by online transfer or bank in to the host. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 working days after check out if the room is in good condition. **Please be noted we will not accept any on-day booking that is created after 10pm**
