Jomstay Guest House is located on the first floor of a 2-storey building situated in the heart of Melaka City Center. Its location provides easy access to historical landmarks when you stay at this centrally-located place. Please note that this unit is located on the FIRST FLOOR and requires to walk one flight of stairs from the main entrance. This unit is at first floor and comes with a kitchenette/dining area. Cooking is strictly not allowed however we do have a microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Vehicles can be parked at the paid parking lot in front of the property at RM4.50 per entry per day. Street parking is also available and guest can use the "Touch 'n Go" app or "SVP Smart Parking" app to pay for street parking. Street parking is free on Mondays, Tuesdays, and public holidays. Parking is at your own risk. Entire space will be cleaned and sanitised thoroughly before every check in. Your safety is our priority. No pets are allowed in this property. Strictly NO CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING. The property is air-conditioned, as such smoking/vaping and durian are NOT allowed inside. Please also refrain from bringing in mangosteen and dragon fruit. 1. Please do not smoke/vape inside the property, penalty will be charged if smoking inside the house. 2. Please understand that we do not have a front desk so do schedule your estimated time of arrival with us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3. PLEASE DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. 4. Parents or guardians must carefully look after their own children, we will not be liable for any accidents. 5. Any illegal behavior/activities is strictly not allowed.
