A high rise unit with unblocked view. A comfy studio home that can fit up to 4pax with a bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils , washing machine, refrigerator, wardrobe, ensuited bathroom, necessity amenities like shampoo and shower gel, iron and iron board , hair dryer , unlimited WiFi, Android TV with Netflix, and also games for both adults and kids entertained . A free covered parking will be included as well. Our Guests can enjoy complimentary facilities on Level 7 such as: * Swimming pool * Well-equipped gym * Jogging track * Children's playground The building has a linked bridge to the shopping mall ( Setia City Mall) and convention centre ( Setia City Convention Centre) , where is convenient to get everything you need , like restaurants, cinema, shopping for grocery, pharmacy, children playground and outdoor park. At the lobby , we have few convenient store like mynewscom, 9eleven, and Family mart vending machine. There are also a cafe with coin laundry, barber shop within the premise.
Setia alam is a matured neighbourhood equipped with everything that you need . In here we have shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, 24 hours mamak, cinema , banks, hospitals, outdoor parks, pharmacy, clinics, and night market (Saturday)
