Rimba Jonker, Melaka Heritage Residence is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Jonker Street, Melaka. It is artfully converted from a very old shophouse to a large green courtyard and private pool villa residence. It is a house filled with summer breeze. The place provides a relaxing atmosphere for vacations, gateway, private parties and social gatherings. It's also ideal for events, wedding functions, art exhibitions and product launches, as well as photo and video shoot location for advertisements, films and weddings. Experience Rimba Jonker, Melaka Heritage Residence with:- 1. Living Room attached with Courtyard 2. Open concept Dinning & Kitchenette 3. Indoor & Outdoor Courtyard with Private Dipping Pool 4. You get exclusive use of the 2 storey pre-war house when booked to stay with us. We are located walking distance to most of the historical sites, the Dutch Square, the Christ church, Indian and Cheng Hoon Teng chinese temple and the 1845 Kampung Kling Mosque, the Baba Nyonya musuem, St Paul hill and even the shopping malls. Cafes, Baba Nyonya restaurants , Art galleries, antique shops and little India can be reach by foot. The famous Jonker Street is just around the corner. The Jonker Walk Night market that happen over the weekend from fri -Sun (6pm-12MN) is a great place for local food and craft. During this time some of the streets will be converted to pedestrian walk. The jetty for day or night river cruise along Melaka River is 10-15 mins walk away. The boat tour will take 30 minutes. Bicycles rental are available at the convenience shop nearby at an affordable fee.
