Villa Meranti is a modern, private, open space pool villa surrounded by peaceful nature and mountains. Enjoy staying in a peaceful and secluded part of the island while still being a mere 5-minute drive away from the Tengah beach road with many restaurants, shops, and cafes. With an entire 1 acre private and gated compound surrounded by rainforest and mountains, guests can enjoy complete privacy and tranquility. On occasion we will have someone coming to do gardening, pool maintenance etc. This will be communicated in advance with the guests. Spot some of the local wildlife (monkeys, hornbills, and other birds) and watch the water buffaloes walking around in the valley outside the compound. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor shower, open space living room and modern fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful veranda overlooking the swimming pool, garden, and mountain.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Villa Meranti is a 5-minute drive away from the Pantai Tengah main road (1 km). Our villa is accessed through a one-way village road consisting of asphalt and some off-road. The road is suitable for all types of vehicles, and our villa can be accessed by using Grab. The villa is very private, with the nearest neighbour being 200 meters away. Given that we are surrounded by nature, our Wi-Fi may on occasion slow down. Please keep the above in mind before booking. ----------------- We are a couple who have travelled around the world and who love meeting people and making friends from different cultures. We are passionate about travelling, music, food and all the wonderful things that the world offers. We value the privacy of our guests. However we are always a quick call away as we live on the island. We are happy to share some tips and ideas on nice locations or anything else that may be of interest to our guests. We are located within reach of the main attractions of Langkawi, yet far away enough for you to experience the tranquility that this beautiful island offers: - 5 minutes drive to Pantai Tengah beach (15 minutes walk) - 10 minutes drive to Pantai Cenang beach - 20 minutes drive to the airport We always encourage guests to rent a car or scooter to explore all the beaches, restaurants and attractions. We are happy to assist with car or scooter rentals. Please note that there is no public transportation on the island. However, there is e-hailing service (Grab) available to order to get you around. Just download the Grab app on your phone.
