Campismo Ninho 23 is conveniently situated in the coastal bush forest, just off the road between Ponta do Oura and Ponta Malongane. This home has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. 3 bathrooms of which 2 are en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas stove, double door fridge, and freezer (the one side is full-length fridge and the other side is a full-length freezer.) There is a water filter with a booster pump so there is clear water but we still advise that you bring your own drinking water. Campismo Ninho 23 has a comfortable open-plan lounge with a TV with Openserve channels. You can bring your own DSTV decoder and card for viewing. The dining area has fold outdoors that lead onto the large deck, which has outdoor chairs and tables and amazing sea views. Gas Braai facilities are available. No open fires are allowed. These are wooden houses.. The house is fully serviced - the housekeeper's name is Esther. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. including electric mixer, hand blender, liquidizer, deep fryers, electric frying pans, electric wok and a chest freezer. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is a backup generator. All bedding, linen, and bath towels are provided, but BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Ponta Malongane village is 2km from this house, there is an Activities Centre at the campsite where you can book dives, snorkeling, dolphin swims, ocean safaris. There are also 2 restaurants, baraccas (local pubs), and curio shops in Ponta Malongane. This is the perfect family holiday home or home away from home.

Situated in Mozambique, Ponta Malongane. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The communal swimming pool at this estate has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under-25s without parental/adult supervision. Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are both home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they’re known to come inside houses looking for food. Please DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS —this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. To avoid issues, don’t leave fruit out in fruit bowls or food on counters. Rather, keep everything inside the fridge or in closed cupboards. Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed when you leave the house to stop them from coming in. Let’s keep these wild animals wild—and your holiday stress-free. STAFF TIP R80 per day this includes your day of arrival and the day of departure. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT An R3000 refundable deposit for breakage/damage/loss needs to be paid 1 month before arrival. This is refunded 14 days after your departure date, depending on damage/loss/breakage at the house. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
