Am Ufer 14B is a brand new property built in 2023, furnished with modern, luxury furniture with a spacious layout, providing comfort and coziness. This property feels like home. It forms part of the Swanepoel Family's house but offers a seperate entrance so it is totally private. Situated off the street, very safe and secure with electric fencing. Walking distance away from several popular eateries. Guests can easily prepare one dish meals or enjoy an outside barbecue with all equipment provided. Parking for one car only. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES!
We are a family friendly facility that respect other people. Being in the tourism industry, we know what guests are looking for. Easygoing and kind. Helpful. We appreciate our guests adhering to the rules and respect our privacy as family staying on the premises. We have one dog and 4 children.
Very quiet street. Safe and secure parking. Not visible from the street. Electric Fencing. Walking distance from several popular eateries. Klein Windhoek is a sought after area.
