Situated in the heart of old Swakopmund, you'll find yourself just a short walk away from all the amenities, shops, restaurants, and attractions that make this town so special. The apartment's prime location means that the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Jetty are only two blocks down the street. You'll have all the comforts of home while having the ocean and its endless stretch of beachfront just steps away. Each apartment includes a lockable tandem garage for your vehicle(s). Please note that the maximum vehicle height for garage access is 210 cm. Bakkies or campers fitted with roof-top tents will not fit inside the garage. If your vehicle exceeds the height limit, please contact the agent to discuss the possibility of parking in the courtyard. Our philosophy is simple: when you stay with us, you become part of our family, and we want nothing more than for you to have a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Our host is Queeny van Wyk based in Swakopmund, very friendly, good communication. She will assist in key hand over on arrival and departure. Note that the host is not on the premises. PLEASE MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH THE HOST TO COLLECT THE KEYS AT A SPECIFIC TIME.

For those looking to explore, the beautiful Desert and a wide range of coastal activities are only a four-minute drive away. Swakopmund is renowned for its jogging and biking trails, as well as leisurely strolls along the beach, where you can witness stunning sunrises and magical sunsets over the sea. As Namibia's adventure capital, the town offers an array of thrilling activities. From sandboarding and skydiving to quad biking and sailing, you'll find endless opportunities for excitement. And when you're ready to unwind, indulge in some delicious coffee and cake at one of the charming German bakeries in town. Don't miss the chance to take a 4WD guided tour from Swakopmund to Sandwich Bay, Moon Valley or the Namib desert where the Atlantic meets the towering dunes, and you can spot seals, flamingos, and cormorants along the way. Seal and dolphin cruises with a catamaran or boat can be taken from the neighbouring town of Walvisbay harbour just 25 km away.
