We have been in the hospitality business, with properties in the UK and Lagos. Our Akure outlet was opened to the public in Dec 2024. The satisfaction of our esteemed guests is our top priority.

Property information

501 Aparthotel is nestled in a serene environment with a beautiful mountain view. Each apartment comes with a color theme that suits the mood/preference of guests. Each apartment also comes with a private mini garden/balcony and a communal gazebo/outdoor lounge. 501 Aparthotel is in a very quiet neighborhood with each apartment designed to bring comfort to guests. If you keep your windows opened, you wake up to the songs of birds to usher you to the dawn of a beautiful morning.

501 Aparthotel is in a double gated community with a view of the mountain from the front and back of most of the apartments. It is a 5 mins walk to a super store and 10 mins drive to the Akure airport.
