Step into our beautiful apartment in Vista Maris and be enchanted by the breathtaking views! Through the open hall, you enter directly into the spacious living room with a comfortable seating area. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the Eastern Scheldt from the couch or one of the two armchairs, or watch a movie or your favorite series. Slide open the French doors and step onto the fully enclosed terrace. Here, a cozy garden table with chairs awaits. Through the gate, you have direct access to the small beach. There is a washing machine and more than enough storage space. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen has a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and a citrus juicer. Make a nice cup of coffee with the Nespresso machine and your hot tea water is boiled for you by the kettle. From the kitchen, you step onto the spacious balcony, overlooking the harbor of Sint-Annaland. Nestle into the lounge sofa and let the tranquility wash over you. The two bedrooms each offer a double bed and beautiful views. The beds (180x200cm and 160x200cm) have separate mattresses (2x 90x200cm + 2x 80x200cm). Each room is also equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables with lighting, and blackout window coverings. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with mirror. There is also a separate toilet. The accommodation is accessible by both elevator and stairs, and there is also a storage room for storing rented or brought bicycles. Pets unfortunately cannot stay in this accommodation. For small children up to 2 years old, we have extra facilities in the form of a crib and a high chair. This apartment also comes with one reserved parking space, but a second car can possibly be parked within walking distance. Come and experience the luxury and comfort of this beautiful apartment.
