Located in Statenkwartier in The Hague, the spacious and authentic mansion is located on the Prins Mauritslaan. You enter into a bright spacious hall. The two apartments are on the second floor. The apartments are fully equipped for both a short and long stay. During the renovation, it was decided to retain the authentic details and to completely refurbish it. The mansion has been built and has a living area of 490 m2. The house is ideally located next to the pleasant shopping street Frederik Hendriklaan with the beach and harbor within walking distance.

In Statenkwartier you will find many historic buildings that were build in the beginning of the last century. The authentic buildings have a spacious and stately character. Statenkwartier has been designated as a State Protected Cityscape because it concerns an early 20th-century urban expansion outside the 17th-century Singelomgracht in The Hague. This ensures that the neighborhood always retains its authentic appearance.
The Prins Mauritslaan is located next to the Frederik Hendriklaan, a well-known shopping street in The Hague with various dining options and unique shops.
