The living room, with its playful layout, offers not one, but two seating areas. On one side you can enjoy a cozy movie night, while the other corner, with a cozy stove, is the perfect place to get lost in your favorite book. The seating area by the television is equipped with a cozy corner sofa and a coffee table. On the other side of the ground floor is the second seating area, here is also a spacious sofa and there are two separate armchairs. Thanks to the large windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden in both areas. The kitchen, the heart of the house, connects all living spaces with each other. Here you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal: a hob, combi microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. For your coffee or tea moments, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle are available. Opposite the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for six people, thanks to the large sliding door you can also enjoy the view of the garden here. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom, complete with double sink, walk-in shower with rain shower, extra storage space and a toilet. You can dry towels on the designer radiator. The bedroom on the ground floor offers a magnificent view of the garden from the double bed (180x200cm). You can even step directly from your bed through the sliding door into the garden.
