This luxury villa is located on Texel and offers comfortable accommodation for 2 families, possibly with a pet! Its location near the beach (2 km) is ideal._x000D_ _x000D_ The villa is near the woods and dunes and in the middle of the unique 'De Dennen' nature reserve, which is part of the National Park 'Dunes of Texel'. It is also just 2 km from the beach pavilion Paal 17 and a stone's throw from the Caluna swimming paradise, Ecomare and Schipbreuk, and the Juttersmuseum Flora. _x000D_ _x000D_ The villa features a bright living room with 2 sliding glass doors giving access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, facing south. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and there is a cot and chair for the smallest holidaymakers. From March 2023, this accommodation is gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with an induction hob.
