Lys, romslig og sentralt beliggende del av tomannsbolig. Boligen ligger i en endevei i et stille og rolig nabolag. Leirvik sentrum, Aker Solutions, Vikahaugane Idrettspark og fine turområder er i gangavstand. 2 soverom, godt utstyrt kjøkken og vaskerom. Stort bad med dusj, badekar og treningsapparat. 2 uteplasser (balkong og på bakkeplan). Gratis parkering.
Rolig boligområde, men kun få minutter gange til Leirvik sentrum med butikker og restauranter.
