Spacious and nice studio apartment in a newly built house in Grimstad. The apartment is located just 3km from the Grimstad centrum.
The renting unit has a living room, private bathroom (with shower) and a separate bed room with a double bed. It also has a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a microwave oven. The living room has a sofa bed. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance.
Centrally located and short distance to the bus stop. Free parking is available on the premises.
Host family is living on the 2nd floor (but completely isolated from the renting apartment). We have 2 kids, so there can be some noise in the mornings and evenings :)
