Nabolaget er utrolig koselig og barnevennlig og du har flere små lekeplasser i nærheten.
3 minutter gange til sjøen og en nydelig skjult perle hvor vi kan anbefale å ha piknik!
Det er mulighet for parkering på eiendommen. Kort vei til busstopp som tar deg direkte til både byen og dyreparken/sørlandsparken.
