Pleasant holiday home by the Fensfjord close to the ocean. The house is nestled in a beautiful coastal landscape, surrounded by coves and islets. An eldorado for hobby anglers where you can fish all year round, rarely high waves. The holiday home is on one level, practical and well maintained. Living room with open kitchen, one large, tiled bathroom with shower and associated laundry room. 4 good bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with 2 single beds and one with a single bed which can be pulled out to a double bed. Heating with heat pump. Free of charge Internet via fiber. National TV and Apple TV for streaming Nordic, European and international TV channels. On the large terrace, there is a wood-fired hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, and a panoramic view of the fjord. 50 m to the quay with the boats. In the boathouse, there is a 200 liter freezer and a built-in fish cleaning area with light and running water. Plenty of space for fishing equipment. A few km from the house there is a large sandy beach; you can also swim from the bathing steps on the jetty. The area offers several great hiking opportunities. You can fish for trout in Lake Slortem, 1.3 km away, and salmon in the river Frøysetelva 4.6 km away. The nearest service point is Hosteland with a grocery store, restaurant and petrol station. Every Saturday you can buy fresh crayfish and other seafood from a fishing boat; this can be arranged in advance if you want to secure a few kilos. If you want a city experience, Bergen is only a short hour?s drive away, known for Bryggen, Fløybanen, the fish market and lots of restaurants and shopping places. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
