Cabin Living AS is Norwegian company which was founded in January 2017. We manage 80 properties by now. We stand for providing personal service to all guests. All our properties are located on the best Norwegian resorts, ski in/out or by the sea. Everyone can find a cabin or an apartment on one owns taste, either modern and new or traditional Norwegian. But all of them provide equal comfort and all necessary facilities. Wholeheartedly welcome to our holiday homes!

The cabin is about 70m2 and is located on Skipperheia. This is an area that protrudes between two bays about the middle of Justøya, towards the sea. The cottage is located next to a common wooden path. This means that you can roll suitcases and prams relatively easily almost all the way. It is about 250 meters from the parking lot. The cabin complex contains three units. Main cabin: Two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. 1st bedroom with 160x200 bed. 2nd bedroom with 120x200 bed. The living room and the kitchen are in an open space, and have a lovely view of the sea and the garden. In the living room there is a dining table with room for 8 people. There is also a new sofa group that faces the sea view, with room for four. Unit 2: Master Bedroom: One bedroom with a 150x200 bed. There is an intermediate passage between the main cabin and the master bedroom, so that you can walk dry-shod from one to the other. Unit 3: The house-in-the-garden/office: This is approximately 12 m2 in size and is located at the end of the garden. It contains a sofa bed with sleeping space 150X190. There is organized space for a cabin office with a desk and a good chair. The cabin has very good internet. A total of 8 beds are suitable for a maximum of 7 adults. One bathroom. Two parking places (then standing close to each other). Electric heating. Fireplace in the living room. Fast internet. 7 life west from 15-70kg. Installed water and sewage. Separate laundry room with new (2018) washing machine and tumble dryer. Pets are allowed. You will get a Pet Rules in instructions. Pet fee is 500NOK. Pleas let us know. NB! Please, note that linen/towels are not included in the price. So you have to take it with you. Cleaning is included in the total price, but you have to prepare the place for the cleaning according to further instructions. P.S. When you book an Easter holiday, the rule is that you can book from Friday to Wednesday or from Wednesday to Monday or the entire period.

Justøya is a kind of larger version of "Saltkråkan" island; some permanent residents, some cottages, some farming and with the incredibly charming village of Brekkestø at the southern end of the island. Justøya is approx. 12 minutes by car from Lillesand, which has all facilities and an active center with many summer activities. It is about 20 minutes to drive to the zoo and Sørlandssenteret, and about 25 minutes to Kristiansand. In Kristiansand, there is a wide range of shopping and other activities, such as a climbing park, large swimming facilities, climbing walls, cycle paths, etc. About 4 hours by car from Oslo (new E18 shortens this journey time) and about 4 hours from Stavanger There is a daily boat from Lillesand and Kristiansand to Brekkestø. The cabin is located approx. a 40 minute drive away from Arendal. Justøya itself is a lush, varied and beautiful island, with many dirt roads and paths. There you can go for walks, pick blueberries and raspberries, jog or go mountain biking. There are also several boulder spots, and an outdoor bolted climbing wall with a few routes (Saltvika). The archipelago is a dream, with numerous islets, small coves, lovely secluded beaches, and delightful sheltered spots where you can sunbathe on the clean-cut rocks. It's a haven for kayakers, and fishermen since the fish bite frequently. You can fish for crabs, but you can also purchase fresh seafood directly from boats in Lillesand and Brekkestø. The cabin is about 70m2 and is located on Skipperheia. This is a hill that sticks out between two bays roughly in the middle of Justøya, towards the sea. On the inside of the island begins the charming Blindleia, which guides boat traffic between islets from Lillesand and almost all the way to Kristiansand. There are around 25 cabins at Skipperheia, which is an inviting and child-friendly place. The cabin is secluded with a view directly out to the sea, islets and reefs, and has sun from early morning to late evening.
