When you look out the kitchen window, the bus stop is to the left. Buses run every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach Trondheim city centre. Heimdal centre is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. You will find all necessary facilities there, including a train station, with trains to Trondheim city centre and Værnes Airport. City Syd shopping mall is about 10 minutes by bus from the apartment. The bus stop there is called Tillerterminalen. 🔑 Check-in: There are two main entrances to the building: One facing the parking lot One facing the courtyard (tunet) on the opposite side The doorbell is labelled “Line & Mille”. 🧺 Laundry Room You will find the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room on the same floor as the entrance facing the courtyard, next to the mailboxes. T am a trained nurse and currently work in administration within municipal services. I have an office-based position and a child, and I spend a lot of my time in Buvika with my partner. I enjoy staying active, going for long walks, and spending time in Bymarka. I previously worked in the restaurant and hotel industry, which gave me solid experience in hosting and providing good service. In my free time, I focus on family life, spending time with my child, and enjoying dinners and gatherings with friends and relatives. I also travel quite a bit and have a strong interest in renovating and upcycling furniture and interior items.

Kattem is a calm and family-friendly neighbourhood in southern Trondheim, surrounded by nature and walking paths. It has local shops and very good bus connections to the city centre. Heimdal is the nearest town centre, about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and a train station with quick routes to both Trondheim city centre and Værnes Airport. Tiller is a major shopping area just a short bus ride away. It includes City Syd shopping mall and many stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Together, Kattem, Heimdal, and Tiller offer easy access to nature, shopping, and public transport — a convenient and comfortable location for any stay.
